Surfer nearly swallowed by whale

Surfer nearly swallowed by whale, Surfer has close encounter with whale. An unidentified surfer and two kayakers, also unidentified, paddling off the coast of California had a close encounter with a giant whale. The near miss was captured on video by kayaker Barb Roettger. A pod of whales was feeding on anchovies. No one was injured, though Roettger says the paddlers seemed a bit shaken.
