Defendant loses right to a lawyer. A judge ruled that Joshua Monson, 28, has forfeited his right to a lawyer after assaulting two of his lawyers this year. Monson is on trial to face felony drug charges and must represent himself. He also must be strapped down in a chair for the remainder of the trial.
